We are an auto transport broker, the moment you decided to let a man get inside of your truck and drive it, you removed yourself from any agreeement we had with one another. Apparently you would like to make mud of our name and reputation, but the truth is, you are acting like a child who blames someone else and does not take responsibility for his actions. You know that I spent over and hour on the phone with both you and the driver, what more could I do for you. The next step was your responsibility. We cannot make claims, only you can. I supplied you with everything you needed, even a contact at the Department of Transportation. You should have never allowed anyone to drive the vehicle. Like I said before, we ship them on transporter trucks. I did not have to do all that I did for you. We never discussed any refund with you, there was none to give. You yourself made the choice to have someone drive your vehicle.
