I was very satisfied with my experience with Angel Transport. I had contacted two other companies prior to contacting Angel Transport and was completed dissatisfied with them. A week after my initial contact with the other companies, the car still had not been picked up and no driver had been assigned to the job. Although the price quoted from Angel Transport was $400 high than the other companies, the car was picked up within days of my initial contact. The person with whom I initially spoke thoroughly explained the entire process and was most informative. She explained the route that the transport would be taking and answered all my questions. I was then put through to Customer Service who was able to schedule the trasnport while I was still on the phone. The car was actually picked up a day sooner than was originally scheduled.

Customer Service contacted me the day before and the day of pick-up to confirm. When the car was picked up, the driver arrived on time and was very cuteous. When the car arrived in California, my daughter was contacted the day before and the day of drop off.

Overall I had a very good experience with Angel Transport and will definitely use them in the future.
