Andy, after reviewing your file we found that most everything you said is not what had occured in here. First of all, we are closed on the weekend to customers, however our carriers have 24 hour access to us. We had no message or call from the carrier. We contact our customers and let them all the information. Some customers would like us to call them everyday after scheduling an order, it is not possible. Our phones are always answered Monday thru Friday from 8-5, never fail. As far as we can see, your vehicle was picked up and delivered within 10 days, cross country, that is excellent service. And your three phone calls on Monday are not true. If someone calls this office 3 times in a day we certainly are making sure they are taken care of.
We know in this office we cannot please the whole world, and that there are many people in the world who can find the bad in any situation. They are usually called "negative people".
