I was extremely disappointed by Angel's Moving Autos. I used them because of high reviews on this site, but my experience was much different. They initally quoted me $1,000 for the transport. On the phone a sales pitch ensued to convince that I would get my transport quicker if I paid $1,150 instead, which I did. The transport got booked for pickup one week later. My car was supposed to be picked up Wed, Thurs, or Fri. By friday afternoon I had not heard anything from Angels about whether the car was picked up and who had it. I called Friday afternoon, no one answered, and I left a message asked them to call me and tell me what happened with the car. No one called me back. Monday afternoon I called again. The first person I talked to didn't know what happened to the car. The next said it hadn't been picked up. The third knew what really happened; the car was picked up but no one gave the driver my contact information, so he could not reach me. It turned out the driver was in my area last Saturday, and wanted to drop off the car, but he did not have my phone number and could not deliver the car. He tried calling Angels on Saturday for the number but of course no one answered. The transport company rescheduled the delivery for Wed, did not show, resched for Fri, did not show, and finally delivered the car the following Saturday. I never got any sort of apology from Angels for the initial screw up. It was much more hassle than I had planned for. I'll use DAS next time.

Andy, after reviewing your file we found that most everything you said is not what had occured in here. First of all, we are closed on the weekend to customers, however our carriers have 24 hour access to us. We had no message or call from the carrier. We contact our customers and let them all the information. Some customers would like us to call them everyday after scheduling an order, it is not possible. Our phones are always answered Monday thru Friday from 8-5, never fail. As far as we can see, your vehicle was picked up and delivered within 10 days, cross country, that is excellent service. And your three phone calls on Monday are not true. If someone calls this office 3 times in a day we certainly are making sure they are taken care of. We know in this office we cannot please the whole world, and that there are many people in the world who can find the bad in any situation. They are usually called "negative people".
