They guy was really friendly and accommodating. He left California on a Friday and showed up a few days later. He was delayed about 5 hours, but we were notified and made arrangements to meet him in an open lot where we picked up our truck. The driver followed us home, parked the car, then we gave him a lift back to his truck. In total the whole transaction took about 20 minutes. We will certainly use them again.
