With my experience with Angels, I can honestly say that it was VERY nerve reckoning! To begin with, I live in N.C., the person who was sending me my car lived in M.A. The car was bought from an auction, so therefore, there was no registration plate on the car. I received the title, bill of sale ect. by mail, so that I would be able to put the plate on when it got to N.C. without any problems. In the state of North Carolina there are only 10 days to get an inspection after registry, therefore I had to find the company that would send the car asap. The reason why we chose Angels was because they told me that they had a truck going to M.A. that week. I called Angels and I spoke with this nice woman named Karen, she guided us through the entire process. When I called to check on the status of the shipment, she gave me the number of the carrier (which was Bill, the owner, the driver's name is Glenn). When I called the carrier, he yelled at me and was very unproffesional. Then, he would not answer my phone calls. I called Angels back, Karen tried to call Bill and said that she could not get an answer either. Later, I called Bill back and he tells me "It's after business hours , this is a cell phone and I'm on my way to therapy." and hangs up on me. He hung up on me many times. When I finally got a hold of Bill, he told me "Glenn STOLE THE TRUCK AND THE MONEY. " Thank God he stole the truck before he picked up my car!! Karen found ANOTHER truck in about A DAY, (THANKS KAREN!!!!) The carrier picked it up that day and brought it to me the next day AT the time that he quoted. The driver's name was Randy, he was Wonderful!! At first I did not want to go through the process of dealing with a carrier again but I am SO GLAD I did, I met my deadline, and eveything is great!!! (THANKS AGAIN ANGELS!! espeacialy, Karen and Randy)
