Early pickup, early delivery, impeccable service

I originally tried and failed to have my car delivered using another transport company, 'Nationwide Auto Transport', and after dealing with them Angels has been a breath of fresh air.

This broker is knowledgeable and careful about the carriers that it chooses. My car was picked up a day earlier than it was scheduled to be picked up. After pick up Dina called and advised that the car had been picked up and would be delivered on Friday. Early Thursday morning the driver called and said that he would deliver that afternoon - a full day earlier than expected. I was ecstatic.

The car arrived in Colorado in the same condition it left Ohio, save for some extra dirt picked up along the way (to be expected on a 900+ mile drive in the open air).

Dina at Angels was honest and upfront about the cost and time frames that we were working with... you should understand that these companies are brokers - they are arranging for a transport company (most likely an owner-operator) to deliver your vehicle, and cannot give 100% firm pickup/delivery dates. Angels charged a fair price for their service, $225, and the driver charged $675 for the delivery.

The $225 that you are paying is mainly for the service of having a knowledgeable person check database records of thousands of carriers to choose one that has a good reputation and operates along the route that you require.

I must again stress that Angels Moving Autos is the second company that I dealt with for this move, and in sharp contrast to the first company they offered honest, helpful service.

I would recommend them highly if you ever need to have a vehicle delivered cross-country.
