From the time I called Angels Moving Autos & disussed my needs with Dina, to the time my vehicle was delivered, service has been excellent.
Dina promptly gave me a quote for a suitable transport company with an enclosed truck & experience with moving high end & classic vehicles across the country.
I promptly received an e-mail confirmation with my requested 4-5 day pick up window, along with their Terms & Conditions. I gave a credit card for a $225.00 deposit, however, my card was not charged until I was contacted with a specific pick up date.
On the day prior to my pick-up date, I was texted by Meaghan to let me know the time frame the driver would be arriving. The following morning, I was texted again by Meaghan to let me know the driver was on his way. A 1/2 hour prior to arriving, the driver called me to let me know he was a 1/2 hour away. I met Constantine, the driver, at the shopping plaza across the street so that he would have a large parking lot to park his truck. Constantime showed up exactly a 1/2 hour after he called me. He was very professional, polite, courteous and took a great deal of time and effort to get my Corvette Convertible onto his truck and secured. Constantine convered my vehicle with plastic and then a cloth cover. We agreed he would deliver the vehicle 9 days later, on my arrival date in California. I was contacted by Meaghan two hours after Constantine picked up my vehicle, to ask me if everything went as planned. I was contacted again by Meaghan on Friday or Saturday the following week to let me know that Constantine had arrived in L.A. and would deliver my vehicle on Sunday (as I had requested). On Sunday, shortly after arriving from the airport, Constantine called me to let me know he was parked out front and unloading my vehicle. This was exactly the time we had agreed upon. My vehicle came off the truck looking just as I had left it in NY. No problems, no issues, no damage. Constantine knows exactly what he is doing and primarily moves high end and classic cars. After reading several reviews written on other vehicle moving companines, I am happy that I paid more than the lowest quotes I received, for the best service and reliability out there.
