Though nervous and skeptical about allowing anyone besides myself to drive and have full control of my car with out me being present at all times was very hard for me. I did all the background checks that I could and I was not disappointed in Choosing Angels Moving Autos (California) and their choice of LSH Express (Diamond Bar, CA) delivered on my high expectations. Since I had given up my personal control all my trust was placed on communication. Who was who, Who was the transport driver, what were key contact phone numbers, when was the car going to be picked up and where were they along the way and mostly, when would my car arrive. The car was picked up a little late, traffic, delays at the previous pick-up point, no big surprises...it happens. What really made this experience positive for me was MEGAN at Angels Moving Autos. MEGAN had a great spirit and a positive attitude. When I was getting nervous I would call her to get an update. I grew to trust and have confidence in her and what she relalyed to me. When she said she would call me back, she did. When there was somthing that impacted the arrival time, she called and told me about it. There are many variables that impact successfully moving a car across the country and being kept apprised of the status allowed me to adjust and not worry. MEGAN made all the difference. When I was still working, one key question was asked to insure we, as a company, was doing the right thing was "Does this (person, activity, operation) add value"? Megan adds value in her ability to put someone at ease, and communicate, making disappointment easier to swallow.

Bottom line Megan was great and I would use Angel and LSH Express again. I was not and don't expect to be paid by anyone. And I should say I don't know Megan, have never met her and if I passed her on the street I would never know it...regreatfullly.
