My vehicle was in good condition when I received it, but I forgot to have my dad take pictures of the vehicle before it was picked up. My vehicle was loaded on the the truck backwards. My vehicle had wind visors over all 4 side windows which are not meant to take interstate speed winds in reverse apparently. 3 of the either came loose or broke in half and shattered. That was my only gripe with the service. They definitely were not the cheapest, but I paid more for reputation so that my car would be unharmed in transport. I did not bother to file a claim to be compensated for the visors as I am an Infantry Marine and at the time I was training to go to Afghanistan for the first time and was very busy to say the least.
