I booked directly with the company president, who quoted me a price ($875) which I found to be reasonable and competitive with other companies from whom I was receiving bids. After that, I dealt with an employee named Melissa who was always courteous and informative. She kept me in the loop about expected pick-up times and later did the same with my daughter on the other end regarding delivery of the vehicle. I also had contact with the supervisor (Jack) of the actual carrier of the car, PK Line. He was also helpful. The only frustration I had with the entire process occurred when the driver of the rig that transported the cars telephoned me. He spoke little English and I had a hard time understanding him. However, his supervisor served effectively as a go-between, so ultimately meeting the driver for the car pick-up went smoothly. The driver could not have been more gracious and competent. He carefully inspected the vehicle prior to loading it up for transport. The car arrived safe and sound on the other side of the country within a week. My daughter and I were both pleased with the service we received from Angels Moving Autos and would recommend the company to anyone in the market for vehicle transport.
