All was terrific except the driver did NOT call the recipient the night before delivery as promised and understood....the recipient is a teacher and was not available for phone calls during the day. I, her father, was thus involved and ultimately, it was arranged for the driver to take the vehicle to her school, which was handled quite well by the driver. Of course, all of this aggravation could have been avoided if the driver had called ahead and confirmed all aspects of the deilvery the night before delivery as originally contracted.
