Good overall customer service. Finding a driver during their bid took sometime because of the location of the vehicle. The route of the transport driver was out of the way according to Angels Moving Autos. But in the end they were able to find one.
Ideally to prevent sudden changes in schedule, probably 1 month preparation to look for bidding transport drivers. That is, one month prior to your air flight. Schedule air flight based on a definite scheduled pick-up. This goes for any transport company. A back-up plan like dropping the vehicle to a friend's house in case you will not be around to transact to the driver personally would be wise. That way, you can be rest assured on your future move. Reading transporter forums such as this to look for reliable company is a must. Our vehicle is not only a piece of property but an essential in our new home. Thus preparation is the key.
