Texas transport to Wisconsin May 2011

I would use the company again. There was a delay in transport:the reason given was the transport truck broke down, therefore another driver was assigned the pickup. I do not recall being informed about the delay, but discovered when I called in regards to pickup here in Texas.
The pickup driver in Texas was very professional, explained the delivery steps:he would drive the vehicle as far as Chicago and someone else would drive it to Milwaukee. I was okay with this.

Also, beyond the Company's control there was roadway flooding issues between Texas and Wisconsin, therefore the dropoff took longer than normal. This was shared by the Texas pickup driver. I understood this and okay with it.

I think communication improvement would be helpful;Upon arrival to Wisconsin the driver called me back in Texas about drop off; not sure why; family member had language barrier issues with the driver. Overall, we are pleased that the vehicle was delivered undamaged to the designated person.
