I needed the truck moved ASAP. I was quoted a price for "normal pickup times" When I asked about a quicker service, I was told for a higher cost the pickup would get priority status. After almost 2 weeks went by I cancelled the pickup order and arranged another pickup. I talked directly with a office manager who told me it was cancelled. When the new service showed up to pick up the truck, it was gone, picked up by Angels. I had to still pay them and pay the other service for the pickup. So $1000.00 dollars to the new service and had to pay the premium to Angels also. I was not to happy. I would have thought I would have been reimburse the premium cost.

I will say they called me back every time I called and asked for progress, where understanding of my situation.
