This was my second move using Angels transport service. The first was Chicago to Philly and they did a nice job then so I used them again. I know at least one of my friends used Angels to move his car from Boston to Chicago and he was happy with the service as well.
The pick-up was late and slightly inconvenient. The driver attributed this to traffic, which is ok, but he should have called to inform me. Otherwise, he was great with the vehicle and I could tell he knew how to load the vehicle carefully. The car arrived on time and the driver was appropriate.
Meaghan from Angels called the day of the pick up to confirm everything was going ok and she even called the driver for me. There was an issue with the location of my car on the truck and she helped guide me through that. After the car was delivered, the Angels called to confirm that I was happy with the service.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service at Angels and would highly recommend them.
