The staff was nothing short of fantastic. I teach customer service training classes for the Dept of Army so I speak from experience when I say you really do a great job and all the young ladies have great phone manners. Your company is very easy to contact and very, very helpful. Thanks for a job well done!

The shipper was a different story. The car didn’t show up on the day they said it would. The biggest problem with that is that the truck driver wouldn’t return my calls (or even answer his phone) on the day the car was promised (Sep 18). Then I was finally called about 12:00pm CST by the owner (?) of the trucking company on Sep 19th. He said the truck had broken down in Topeka, KS which is about one hour east of my location. He said the truck would be here after 6:00pm on Sep 19th or the morning of Sep 20th. Then less than an hour later the driver called and said he’d meet me in an hour. When he got here he seemed to indicate that the truck hadn’t broken down but instead had a problem with tags. (I had a hard time understanding him as he spoke very broken English) I will add that he was very polite and courteous. I wouldn't have been disappointed in waiting the 5th day; they could have made the whole experience better with one simple explanatory phone call.

It's hard to separate the Angels Moving Autos company from the actual trucking company that moved the car. I was 110% satisfied with Angels Moving Autos which is why I gave a high overall satisfaction rate.
