It was a bit stressful while we were working on the car's pick-up time because of the issue with the terminal parking in Vallejo. The terminal parking they assigned to us could not give out any documents as proof that the car has been brought there, so my bro-in-law decided to pull the car out instead. It just wasn't wise nor safe to leave the vehicle there.

Brought up the issue with Dina and she apologized for the inconvenience and Meaghan helped to work out the change of pick-up sked with the driver. The driver picked up the car instead somewhere near my sister's place and all was good. That was Tuesday evening.

Delivery was originally scheduled on a Saturday. Angels notified us that it was moved to Monday. Monday came and no car arrived. The driver called us late Monday night to inform us delivery will be Tuesday morning between 7-10am. I requested the driver if possible to deliver 7-8am so we can meet him to get the car. He arrived 830am Tuesday... I'd say not bad.

It could all have been a really smooth transaction were it not for the terminal issue. Dina said they will address that and hopefully it has been resolved.
