So, I let my husband be in charge of transporting his GMC Yukon from Scottsdale, AZ to northern IL. He's not great at reviewing stuff like this before purchasing so he hurridly called around and unfortunately just went with the cheapest price ($995) that was offered by by another unreputable broker. All they required was a $250 deposit. We were in a rush since we were moving that week and it was a last minute decision to transport the truck and not drive it cross country. All other places were offering a price of $1300 (the two other places he called!!). So that should have been our first warning sign.

As soon as I got the company's name I googled it and I was horrified to learn of their F rating on the transport review boards and I learned of the scams they pulled. Half the reviews were good and the others were bad. REALLY bad. It's really hard to determine whether those good reviews are even good and assume that they are made by real customers. The bad was that no drivers show up, leave customers stranded, or overcharge the customer when it was delivered. So I happened upon Angels after searching desperately for other transport brokers. I talked to Dina, and she was SO great to deal with. I even ended up spilling to her our horror story with the other broker and she gave me some awesome feedback on how to deal with them and found me a driver to come out the next day to pick up our truck and have it delivered to us the day after we reached IL. I never received the email from their office with the contract and I'll be honest...when I gave my CC number and still never received the email I was freaking out that we had been scammed again! I sat that night and the next morning in dread hoping that Angels would come through for me. The morning arrived and we didn't hear from the driver and I was so afraid we had gotten ripped off again, and my rage was building!!! We never did receive that call from Rob (the driver) that morning but I can't tell you how happy I was to see him show up that morning with his transport trailer.

The car was in great shape when it arrived, the driver was awesome (they contracted with RJ Trucking - Rob is so great!!) even after we had some car issues and it not starting both getting it on and off the trailer. Dina even did some investigative research for me when I was having additional issues with the previously mentioned company. I would definitely recommend them!

They're for sure not the cheapest (but obviously I've learned my lesson that cheap gets you what you paid for...nothing!) but they came in line if not a little less than what everyone else was quoting us as well.
