It is very important to understand how the car shipping process works, as outlined in the video Andrew Auto Transport sends when you place your order. When you understand that this company is a broker, you will appreciate why they were invaluable to me in my experience. First of all, every bit of communication I received from them was timely and thorough. The one time I called, I was able to speak to Renee quickly. They secured a carrier to transport my car promptly, and I was happy. Unfortunately, my carrier was very difficult and did not communicate well at all. My calls to the carrier were never returned, they missed the pickup date by over a week, they never called me once to let me know what was going on, and once even lied to me and hung up on me. After trying to deal with all of it myself for over a week, I contacted Renee at Andrew Auto Transport to let her know what was going on. She spung into action immediately, left a bad review on the national board for that carrier, blacklisted the carrier from ever being used by Andrew Auto Transport again, and had another carrier lined up for me within an hour. This carrier was wonderful, but as luck would have it, the truck for carrier #2 broke down, causing yet another delay in pickup. Again, in less than an hour, Renee had yet another carrier lined up to pick up my car. Carrier #3 was able to pick up my car later that day, and it was delivered with no damage only a few days later! If I ever have to ship a vehicle again, I will be using Andrew Auto Transport. If I hadn't had them to advocate for me, I would have been at the mercy of the shipping companies.
