I usually don't take the time to post reviews, but since Mark took his time going over and beyond for me, I made time=). This was my first time needing to ship a car and I was lost with a million and one questions! By far Mark was the nicest person I contacted and he assured me right away that I could ask as many questions as I needed to to feel comfortable...and I did! He explained the entire process to me, there were no surprises. He kept me informed every step of the way. I don't know when I will need to ship a car again, but if and when I or someone I know needs this service I will gladly pass them to Andrew Auto Transport! Thank you so much!
