This company made our move very unpleasant. The driver that pick up our car said he was going to be at my place on Friday. I waited all day until around 5pm, I finally decided to call him to check if he is still coming, the respond I got was he had some problem and will not make it to my place. He said he will come first thing tomorrow morning. My husband and I stayed home to wait for him, again he did not show up as promised, so we decided to call him around 2pm and he said he is on his way. Finally he showed up after 5pm. It would have been nice if the driver would call us if he is going to be late or if he is not showing up at all.

Delivery was the same nightmare, the driver was sooo late and the same thing we had to keep calling to check on him, so finally my car got deliver and it was damaged. It got a deep scrath and damaged the bottom of my car from unloading the car. I was not very happy of course especially when the driver told me that it was not a big deal and that it will only cost $100 to get it fix. My car is a 2004 BMW, I don't think it will only cost $100 to get it fix. So we have to take it to dealeship, it took another 4 days to get the car fix, meaning 4 more days for us to pay for a rental car. The only good thing that come out of this is that the driver that deliver the car payed for all the damage, we did not have to make any claim.

As stated on this website before you post a review " In most cases your transport had two companies involved, the broker and the trucking company. If you know that the broker and trucking company are different companies, please consider submitting two reviews. One for the broker and one for the trucking company." In this case the complaint was against the trucking company, not America's Choice Auto Movers. Yes, we did hire a transporter that this customer was unhappy with and we are sorry for this, but we have never had any problems with this driver before. I checked out this drivers rating, which is similar to the rating system on ebay and he has a 100% positive feedback rating. The driver gave us an estimated date that he would pick up the vehicle and we provided our customer with the information, it clearly stated that these dates are estimated dates and the driver would call with a scheduled time as it got closer to the date. We are sorry that the estimated dates were not exact, this is why we clearly state that the are ESTIMATED. This customer never called us 1 time with a complaint so that we could try to make things right with them, they just decided to come to this site and complain. We do strive to please every customer and apologize that this move was unpleasant.
