Every person I dealt with was courteous, from the order taker to the transport driver. The price was very competative. My biggest concern was the scheduling of pick up and drop off. Not being able to have a specific time was inconvenient. Also, the pick up driver did not have good directions to the pick up location even though I offered at every contact point with the transport company to provide directions. On the drop off end, I was told the vehicle would arrive on Saturday, and after arranging for others to await delivery, the drop off date was changed to Tuesday or Wednesday. However, the vehicle was dropped off, in good condition, and in the end I was happy with the service.
