I wanted these guys to ship my truck from MI to WA, started waiting from August 1st through August 29th. Every two days or so I had to call them and ask what is going on, you hear more like a recorded message from a person "Sir, our carriers are working on your request as we speak, we will let you know ASAP". After a while I got tired hearing this and the people over there is very rude. I finally cancelled my order. What a nightmare.
