Adam assured me that my $125 deposit was refundable if he could not find a carrier to transport my car within seven weeks. I stayed in constant contact on a weekly basis with Adam via email / phone messages during the entire process ... I even allocated more $$$ from the quoted price to ensure delivery prior to the seven week window. Bottom line, he stopped returning messages and, after seven weeks, I sent him an email cancelling my order. This was the first time I received an email response stating that my depsit check was non refundable. Do yourself a favor and save your money by staying away from this lying SOB. Just send me back my $125 for not upholding your end of the contract and I would not complain ... but to lie to me about my deposit check being "fully refundable" in the event a carrier could not be found in time is just WRONG !
