I purchased a vehicle located in Detroit, MI at public auction which needed to be transported to Central Massachusetts. I contacted Jim at American Transport. From the start, he communicated clearly and I received great advice as well as status updates via email and telephone. On a cold, raw, rainy, New England day, my vehicle arrived on schedule at 11am. Upon unloading the vehicle, we discovered it had a dead battery. Jim stayed and offered his assistance and installed a new battery. He made sure everything was OK before we left with the automobile. Was I lucky or did I find someone that really cares? The answer is both. I highly recommend Jim at American Transport and would not hesitate to recommend and do business with him again.
