After lengthy price comparisons, we decided to go with American Pride because of their low prices... but upon an attempt to schedule pickup, we were told the price has changed (which in their defense, was gotten about a month prior).

When I called to get a new quote, a abrupt man answered the phone asked a number of questions, but then said he could not provide me with a new quote. He took down my phone number, grunted, and said someone will call back in less than 5 minutes. No one ever called back. After a few days of phone tags, we gave up and went with Agape, which had fabulous ratings.
