I have never transported my car before and I hope I never have to again. We settled on this company because they were the least expensive. Obviously, this was a huge mistake. I was moving from Pennsylvania to California. My car was suppose to get there the same day I arrived. However, they said it had to be delivered a week earlier due to the availability of the transport trucks. My husband, who was already in California, planned to receive the car for me. They were never on time and never gave us straight answers as to when they were coming to pick up the car. My family all had to rearrange their schedules so that someone was available at the times they claimed they were coming to get my car. They were constantly changing the days and times. On the first day, we waited all night and they never came. On the second day, they claimed they would arrive at my house by 9:30am. At 10:40am they called and said they were in my home town. However, they did not show up until around 2pm that day. By this point I was a little nervous and read the reviews on the company. Of course, about 90% of the reviews were terrible. I figured the people who were satisfied with the service didn't think to write a review which would explain the large amount of terrible reviews against this company. The car was picked up on a Thursday and I was told it would be delivered to my husband 3000 miles away by that Saturday. This did not happen. Then I was told the car would be there on Sunday. This also did not happen. Then we were told the car would definitely be there Monday. Once again, no car. My husband was not available to receive the car on Tuesday due to work. After calling several times and leaving messages asking where my car was and when it was going to be delivered, we were told they were 15 minutes away from my new apartment and they were headed to drop the car off. With no one there to receive my car, I called the main office of the apartment complex and asked the woman at the front desk to sign for my car and hold onto my keys. Upon arriving 7 days later and looking over my car, I noticed it was completely filthy and there were two large scratches on my car over 12 inches long and about 1 inch wide. However, since they were 3 days late we had to have a complete stranger sign for the car. This released the transported from any further claims involving damages to the car. If we had only paid a little more money, we would have received better service and this never would have happened. Now I have to pay even more than I would have had I chose a reliable transporter to fix the large scratches on my car. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews to find a better company!!
