Bad experience, Do not deal with this company

I got a quote from american pride that sounded too good to be true, so I called them and spoke to Debbie and asked her if they will actually pick up my car for that price, she said thats how much what u should be paying, if another company is charging u more they are over priced, so I signed the contract and they told me that they will find a truck between 3 to r days maximum 10 days, I told them that they can take the full 10 days but to make sure that they actually pick the car. I called everyday and asked them if they happen to find a truck but hared the same answer:WE R STILL CALLING TRUCKS AND ALL THE LOADS R FULL. AFTER 7 DAYS of hearing the same answer I offered to put extra $50 or to pay any pice to have my car picked up just confirm with me before booking. IK asked to speak to a manager and Daniela told me she was the manager, asked to speak then to owner and she lied and said that the owner just pops in and out to check on them and hang up the phone on my face. they claim to have a TOLL FREE but then dont when I confront it them with that they said that there r too many customers calling, so I tried in the middle of the night and still didn't work. After 10 days the time has come to get my deposit back, so I called them and they said they will refund me and it will show on my credit card next day, I waited 3 days and called everyday and still no refund, then finnaly I was transfered to the owner Jack and he refunded me 2 days late,( IT'S amazing how they charge u the deposit right away and refund u a weel later.)so the owner is now available, they r such liars and have no connections with trucks all they do is post your listings on a site and hope that a truck hAS EXTRA SPACE and going the same way and might pick up. This company has no money to pay for a toll free #, so DO NOT WASTE OYUR TIME WITH THEM.
