Before any order is processed all customers are required to consent to terms and condition via electronic signature. Bill consented to a (10) say window for pickup of his vehicle. On the fifth day, Bill was advised that a transporter was located but was requesting an additional $200.00. Bill was also advised that he was under no obligation to accept the additional billing as there were still (5) days remaining per agreement to locate him a transporter. Although Bill would have shipped his vehicle for less money by utilizing our brokerage he became very impatient and decided to cancel his order prior to the expiration of the (10) day pickup window. Unfortunately Bill was now not entitled to a refund as per the agreement he consented to as he had booked with another company during the interim. Bill could of had his vehicle shipped with our company for $1550.00, he elected to chose another shipper for $1600.00.
