Scam. Mike Vessey quoted a fee to transport a car for me charged $225 deposit and told me Balance was due at delivery. The delivery was a week late. It was my 17 year old sons car and we were frustrated by the delay. Aside from the delay, nothing was what I was told and it turned out that I had to pay $225 more than what I was quoted.
