When I had decided to move from California to Lousiana for work everything seemed so complicated especially when transporting my car. Its is a luxuary car and I did not want to bother putting miles on it. So when shopping around for a transportation company I found American Century Transport. It's great a real best buy! After researching serveral other companies it stood out because of its fabulous customer service. When I called I was quickly tranferred to Mercedes my customer service representitive who was personable and knowledgable. She quickly soothed all my worries throughly explaining American Century's procedures for transporting vechiles as well as price quotes. After that it was an easy choice. No making choice or holding on automated systems and a great affordable quote. It just seemed perfect. When it came time to move my car was picked up on time and dropped off on time and when I did have questions Mercedes was easily available to fill in details or to relieve any late concerns. I have to say being a lawyer I am a stickler for time and therefore expect punctuality and American Century Transport Delivered. ALL IN ALL A GREAT CHOICE HIGHLY EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT SERVICE. I even recevied a $300.00 voucher for gas one week after my car was delievered. Thanks to Mercedes and American Century Transport changing firms was so much easier. I have to say I am impressed and would certainly use then again for business or personal use.
