This was a very difficult company to deal with. They misinformed me about pick up were 8 days late picking up the car and as it came time to finally pick up the car they then called me and asked me for another $150! Incredibly poor service, got the run around many times. If they do try to work you over for more money just hold out if you can, I eventually paid an extra $50 (after they said they would pay the other $100-which was a lie to get me to at least pay the $50.)
The driver was great and I would highly suggest going direct and avoiding this company as a middle man since they have proven themselves to be not only untrustworthy, difficult to deal with and even bullying. To top it off the ones who answer the phones after your deal is done are extremely rude and hang up on you when they have had their say.
Overall, entrust your vehicle to someone else.
