This company was contracted by Bulleseye Auto Transport who was just fine to deal with. (Just like the reviews say, Carla is terrific). Unfortunately, American Auto Transport runs a little on the seedy side. The driver was not truthful with timelines and actually wanted to deliver the car to me at 11 o'clock at night alongside a freeway.(I suggested a dark alley at midnite as an alternative). When they arrived the following day, they drove to my office in the car. I'm not sure where they left the transporter. What made me so angry is not that they were late, it's that seemed incapable of giving me a straight story. They weren't bad people, just not very good at customer service.
ATTENTION ALL TRANSPORTERS: Your could probably eliminate over 1/2 of the negative reviews on this board if you and/or your drivers would just TELL US THE TRUTH. Most of us understand that "stuff happens". Trucks get delayed, cars and people may not be in place causing delays. Don't lie. Just tell us the truth and you will singlehandedly improve your industries marginal reputation immediately.
