Worst experience ever

I have only moved 2 cars. The 1st time was a breeze. This time, very bad. Their first concern was getting my credit card info so they could "start the process". The only conact in 2 weeks was Nicole from customer service. She was very nice but no help. All I got was excusses about trucks breaking down and not communicating. I was an O/O for years, you dont' have drivers and freight out there and not know anything about it for 10 days! If you were having a problem, I would think you would call the customer first!! These people forgot who the customer was. It was like I was an inconvenence to them!
