Initial contact is warm and courteous. Of course, to get your business. They over promise and under deliver. Once they had my deposit they brokered my business to an independent contractor that was mediocore. They scheduled a pickup I did not authorize. Then, scheduled to pickup on a holiday. Sorry guys, but you don't get kudos for much here except how you "sound" to be the best initially.
