I would not recomend this company. Steve Pages cotacted me about moving my daughters car and in a hurry I agreed. He said he needed a 2 day window to pick the car up. I gave him 2 days and the deposit. The 2 days came and went with no call no show and they wouldn't answer the phone. I've lost my deposit because I didn't take the time to read the reveiws and see this is common with this company. Also I was told there wouldn't be any other costs only to find out that more than likely there would be a fuel surcharge at the end before I could get my car. Trying to get Steve or customer service to answer or return a call turned into a nightmare. Finally got in contact with Stephanie in customer service to cancel the order and was told that unless they recieve something in writing I may be charged the whole fee. I was lied to from the beginning and have since found reputable companies that are honest and won't charge the deposit untill the car is on the trailer. I am in contact with the Florida Attorney Generals office and am going to pursue this.
