I worked with another auto transport company about a year and a half ago, and had a terrible time with them. Their customer service guy took hours to get back to me, after which I found out that I had missed the deadline for that day and had to wait even LONGER to ship my car (I was sending it to my brother). Never again, I told myself.
Well, turns out I recently needed to ship a pickup up to my daughter in Massachusetts, and I tried American Auto Transport this time. Best decision I ever made! I don't know why I didn't go with them two years ago. I spoke with a guy named David the whole time, he was friendly, helpful, and gave me all the information I needed. See, my opinion of auto transport companies was that they were just a giant headache. I guess that's because the other company WAS a headache. I'd never worked with anyone else before. American Auto completely changed my opinion of car transports.
So thank you American Auto. Thank you for changing my opinion of an entire industry. And of course, thank you for picking up my truck when you said you would, thank you for getting it there on time, thank you for everything! The last thing I wanted to do was drive up to Massachusetts, drop it off, and fly back—but I was seriously considering it. Oh and another thing...the price was phenomenal! Like I said, I was planning to drive up to my daughter and then fly back to my home in Louisiana. Between gas, food, and the airline ticket, that would have just been too much out of pocket. American Auto took care of it for MUCH less than I would have ever expected. And on top of that, they pick it up at your door and deliver it straight to the destination.
Everybody out there who needs to transport a car, go with American Auto Transport. No damage, great prices, and professional people. They deserve more business.
