Rocco is not being truthful at all and will be prosecuted for wire fraud here in Nevada. This crime is punishable by up to 6 months in jail and a monetary fine. He also lied to his bank and may face more criminal charges from them. Rocco gave us a first available date for pickup of Thursday 5-2 and choose a 1 to 5 weekday pickup window. On Tuesday 5-7 we dispatched this for pickup to Route 1 Car Hauling and email this to him and phoned him. He informed us that he had hired another company as well and they picked up his car. He then lied to his bank like he is lying here to get a refund. He will find that lying to the judge here in Nevada will not work for him as the facts will get in his way just like OJ found out. Business make sure you do not do business with this fraudster.
