Customer Lori Hicks is not being truthful on ANY level. Where do I start? Here is the truth. Customer Lori Hicks placed her order on 12-28 at 2:48 pm online.

Three minutes later at 2:51 pm Anthony called her to confirm the order and as you can see, her voice mail box was full so we could not leave a message

Rachel then reached Customer Lori Hicks at 9:07 am the next morning and updated her account

Called customer as we need the VIN for the carrier.
Then the next morning 12-30 at 7:25 am Customer Lori Hicks spoke to Rachel again in our office and upgraded from the standard 1 to 5 weekday pickup to priority 1 to 2 day pick. Her pickup days were 12-30 and 1-3

As you can see we talked to Lori everyday so far and we have the call logs to prove it.
So the next 3 days New Years Eve, New Years day, and Sunday there are no pickups. Carriers do not like to start trips on holidays or weekends so we quote the pickup windows in weekdays for that reason.Over the weekend Lori Hicks decided to hre another company, here is the listing.
We took out the company name.This violated our contract where Lori agreed to give us the time to do the job she hired us for

6. Client agrees to not contract any other broker or carrier during the respective time period which corresponds with their shipping option. Any client that is found working with another broker or carrier during this time period is subject to a non-refundable $200 fee. Should American Auto Shipping be unable, for any reason, to dispatch the client’s vehicle/vehicles during the listing period, the client may cancel in writing at any time for any reason and the fee will be waived.
We are not sure why Customer Lori Hicks hired two companies to do the same job, trying to make one work for nothing however we do find it interesting that Customer Lori Hicks who claims to be a single mother with an 11 year old child has enough money to hire two companies to ship a $65,000 Jaguar F type race car???????????????????????????,and then libels one online when they only want to be paid for the job they were hired to do?
Then on 1-3 at 8:17 am Lori left a voicemail message that if we did not agree to work for nothing that she would ruin our reputation online.

Even still we have no hard feelings towards Customer Lori Hicks and we hope she has a safe shipment with the unnamed shipping company above who is lucky enough to ship her car!
