American Auto Shipping transported my vehicle from one state to another. My vehicle was not picked up for a few days and I was becoming skeptical until I contacted Rachel. She explained that if the vehicle wasn’t picked up within five days then the company was going to incentivize the drivers to pick it up. This incentive came at no cost to me. The quote Rachel initially gave me was the amount I paid. Vehicle arrived in same condition that I sent it. I would recommend and use them again
