I shopped around many brokers American Auto Shipping came in hundreds less than the nearest quote. Other brokers attempted to tell me that there was no way they would actually honor that price. Skeptical I called American Auto Shipping back asking if there was any hidden fees. Kayla assured me that the price was locked in. I was still still unsure but I went ahead and put in the order. Throughout the entire shipping window Kayla was calling daily to let me know I they were still working on getting transport. The pickup was in a semi rural area of NY and they were very patient getting pickup instructions since the other party would have to drive into town for the pickup. American Auto Shipping came through and the driver the contracted, Luis, was very professional and arranged an efficient drop-off. Here is the kicker, when I signed the agreement I noticed it came with a car wash reimbursement. I assumed that there would be hoops to jump through and they hoped nobody would use it. Not the case. The day after drop off Kayla called me to remind me I could get the car washed and email the receipt to her directly. Overall I am very impressed with American Auto Shipping's service and their representative Kayla.
