My car was picked up on the day promised and it went well; that’s where that ends though. When booking, I specified the days I’d be available to accept the car and there was no issues mentioned. The car arrived before I was in Las Vegas, which was fine; except I had to argue with the dispatcher to have delivered to a different address. My friends stayed home to collect the car. I was initially told “afternoon” for the delivery. My friend receiving the car was told 7pm. Ok, fine. They continued to promise they were on their way with my car until almost 11pm. At that time my friend wanted to have the delivery arranged for the next day. My friend and myself were told that if we didn’t get the car that night they were taking it to LA. It was such a mess of a situation. I will not use this company again.
