This customer posted this review before we even had a chance to ship his car!! Please note that he left our company a negative rating on the 2nd, one day after his estimated pick up date and still well within his 3 to 5 day shipment window. This is completely unreasonable, especially since the 1st was on a Sunday, we are closed on Sundays and we called the customer when we opened first thing on Monday morning. The customer will receive his refund as stipulated in the contract and the driver has cancelled due to his remarks.
