I called around to a few companies, and then a friend who had her car transported by you recommended the company to me. I'm glad she did! Your price was better than most of the companies I had contacted as well.

My vehicle was picked up from a friend's house since we had already left the state. The company that transported the vehicle worked with her schedule. I was given a 7-12 day window from pickup to delivery. The driver called me the day before delivery and again 30 minutes prior to delivery. My car was delivered the morning of the 8th day after pickup with no damage and very little dust/dirt on it.

I have two suggestions:
1. Have more people available to answer calls, or have the person give their email address to the customers. It was difficult at first to get in touch with someone and my messages were not being given to Georges, but once I obtained his email address, communication was quick and easy.
2. Try to keep up with the transport company you contracted out to with regards to the transport status, and maybe email/call your customers with the updated delivery window. I called the company that transported my car directly for an update. The company that transported my car was Pioneer Auto Express. They were great.


Overall, I had a great experience transporting my car and would definitely recommend your company to others. Thanks Georges for all of your help and quick response time! You were a great person to work with!!!
