I moved from OH to CA in the middle of May. I talked to Mike and scheduled a pickup on May 7th.
However, on May 4th, I was told the truck was not available and I had to wait until May 14th. Because my flight was on May 12th, I asked them to do more research to find another carrier. Finally they arranged a pickup on May 9th. Pickup and transport were very smooth, I got my car in CA on May 14th.

It seems they are able to get things done as long as they work hard. Also the price was the lowest one I could find. However, you may want to keep contacting them on the status.
