My car was never picked up at April, so I requested a refund many times over 5 months. Someday I were tired of calling them, so I filed a complaint to the BBB of SE FL and stopped calling. After 3-4 weeks, I received a call from a new employee in customer service, Brenda Garcia, she took over my complaints very nicely. Actually at that time I almost forgot this company and my refund. Fortunately within 2 weeks she refunded the money to my credit card, and followed up to make sure everything was in order. The company should be pround of hiring a employee like Brenda since taking care of the customer is always the responsibility of the company in US. So I would like to write this review to give more credits to the company beacuse of Brenda's work. Thanks, Brenda!
