Besides extorting $200 and holding our car hostage now we notice personal bank information missing from a file that was left in car when it was in their terminal for 3 days. I repeat DO NOT USE this company. When I notified them about missing documents they didn't care and abrubtly hung up phone. I have filed a police report. They are crooks.
