I have never used an auto transport company and recently needed to move my car from NC to CA with relatively short notice. After reading poor reviews about the first company I spoke with I found 5 star reviews for AmeriFreight. I spoke with Jasmie and immediately felt much better about workign wih her and AmeriFreight. She was patient, knowledgabe and did not push me OR rush any questions I had about the process. In fact, she was incredibly informative and I was thankful I did not choose another company to work with. She provided additional information and explaination above and beyond my questions and made me feel very much as ease.
I was not in NC to arrange any of the pick-up, packing or origination items for my coast to coast move. Not only did my car arrive unscratched and fairly clean, but everything I packed was in perfect condition. The driver was friendly and communicated with me throughout the move. He dropped my car right at my office as instructed. No run around at all.
Jasmine also followed up throughout the process and called me after delivery to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Without hesititionI would recommend both Jasmine and AmeriFrieght. It was a pleasure to work with them.
