Throughout my experience, Amerifreight was responsive and knowledgeable. My order was completed in a timely manner, and I was given a fair and reasonable quote. My car was supposed to be picked up 3 days after the order, and I paid extra to ensure the due date. The carrier missed their pickup time, and the first driver actually refused to pick up my vehicle. Amerifreight worked with the carrier to pick up my vehicle, and it was delivered successfully, although at two in the morning. Even though they carrier failed to pick up the car within the time constraits I paid extra for, the driver still attempted to collect the extra money at the destination. Overall, I was extremely happy with Amerifreight, I warn that not all carriers are created equal.
