I have been shopping around for an auto transport company to ship my father in law Tahoe from Utah back to New York City. I have went on a few web sites and gotten a few quotes but those companies had no know history or reviews about them. Then I came across transportreveiw.com. Amerifreight was the second company with the most review. Checked out the company with the most review but I didn"t like their policy. I went onto the Amerifrieght web site and the rate and policy were easy to read and understand so I gave them a call. They quoted me instantly and the price was competitive with other quotes i have received. I was also attracted to their guaranteed pick up window. One negative thing though was that they couldn't arrange for a pick up within my pick up window. Amerifreight had to place more money from the deposit to offer a carrier. The vehicle was picked up two days after the window. The delivery was faster than expected. Across the country in 6 days. The carrier company had kept in touch with me during the process and made reasonable arrangements for pick up and drop off. I am quite satisfy with my first experience.
